Shipping policy

Shipping:

PIPPA STUDIO entrusts all deliveries to Swiss Post, and ships orders according to the delivery schedule and availability provided by Swiss Post, to the shipping address indicated by the customer.

Orders are shipped within Switzerland only.

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

Please note that delivery times may be longer during high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and others.

 

Shipping fees:

  • Standard Shipping: 7,70 CHF
  • Express Shipping: 9,90 CHF

If your order total is over 50 CHF, PIPPA STUDIO offers Free Standard Shipping.
If you choose Express Shipping, even on orders above 50 CHF, the Express fee of 9,90 CHF will still apply.
